About CS Healthcare
As a UK-based friendly society, CS Healthcare exists entirely for the benefit of their members. Without any shareholders, they can dedicate their time and services to protecting their members and their families.
CS Healthcare has been protecting the health of their members for over 90 years. Since that time, they’ve been exclusively focused on providing health insurance and recently, CS Healthcare has been recognised in the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2019.
Time to change
Mindful of the changing landscape and competitiveness of the sector, CS Healthcare decided to modernise their offering with a service that granted their members unlimited access to a remote GP service. CS Healthcare wanted to introduce a service that would provide meaningful value to their members, whilst also helping to attract new members.
To take this forward, CS Healthcare was keen to find a provider that could deliver a high quality private remote primary care service to their members. After the evaluation of various providers, CS Healthcare chose HealthHero as their partner provider for remote GP services.

Implementation processes are sometimes difficult, but when both parties are aligned and well prepared there is no reason for delays. The collaboration between CS Healthcare and HealthHero was great and seamless, leading to all deadlines being met. HealthHero offer a tailored service to CS Healthcare that starts from the first stage. During the implementation process HealthHero offered support with marketing materials to help CSHealthcare communicate their new service to their members.
Early days but already lots of satisfied users
Although it is early days to evaluate the impact of GP24 service, CS Healthcare has already seen contented members. HealthHero spoke with Tom Gidaracos, Acting Chief Executive, who was extremely positive about the new service. Tom highlighted the feedback that CS Healthcare had received from members regarding the unlimited number and duration of consultations.
