Digital executive, entrepreneur and private equity investor, Ranjan has been innovating and investing in sectors on the cusp of transformation for over 20 years. Prior to forming HealthHero, Ranjan held leadership positions in high growth digital companies and private equity firms.

Carmelita’s 28 year career has included stints in both management consulting (Accenture/Capgemini) and in-house HR roles. She has worked across industries in large corporates such as Yahoo!, VirginMedia and Burberry as well as in smaller scale-ups like Deliveroo. Her experience has been heavily focused around organisational change, leadership development and employee engagement.

Caroline is an expert in the design and delivery of digital healthcare products and services both in the UK and on an international stage. She is a specialist in using algorithmic intelligence to augment and assist consultations. She has sat on the Digital Health Cabinet at the invitation of the UK government and was awarded Honorary Professor of Algorithmic Medicine in recognition of her contribution to the field. She also remains a practicing NHS GP.

Chris has been the Medical Director of HealthHero Enterprise since May 2019, having worked for Medical Solutions/HealthHero since April 2001 as a GP. After completing medical school he served in the British Army where he undertook his training as a GP. He gained extensive experience in medical education, both in its delivery and in its quality assurance, as an Associate Dean for Health Education England before focusing on his Medical Director role for HealthHero. He continues as an NHS GP.

As a Pediatrician, Julie specialized in gastroenterology and has been Medical Director for Qare for almost 2 years and previously worked as Deputy Medical Director in Qare for 4 years. She has a clinical activity in Necker Hospital beside her actual position in Qare and is in charge of insuring the medical consistency of any action carried out in Qare.
