What role are you looking for?
Our admin and business support team includes receptionists, secretaries, data handlers and contract managers who help ensure everything runs like clockwork. They all play a vital role in enabling the smooth operation of our business.
Responsible for the management of the services, processes and operational teams that support our core business, the Facilities team is instrumental in looking after our facilities, premises, fleet and health and safety. The multi-disciplinary team ensures Medvivo has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities at all of our operating locations.
In addition to budgeting and forecasting, all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, analysis and business modelling, our Finance team works with internal and external contacts. They help to influence decision making and project management, all to ensure resource, time and money is managed effectively.
Our HR team is helping to pave the way for the future of our business, as well as taking care of the colleagues we have now. That means recruiting and retaining the right people to live our values and deliver our mission to achieve excellence in the delivery of care.
Underpinning the seamless, efficient running of our entire operation, our IT team is a central function that is essential for all teams, from those in the office to those working remotely and out of hours. We invest in the latest innovations and follow IT governance, complying with all Data Protection and Information Security policies.
Our team ensures clear, consistent internal and external communications are delivered across all online and offline platforms. Focused on building brand awareness and developing the corporate identity, the marketing strategy encompasses digital marketing, advertising, public relations, events, content marketing and market research.
Our Quality team oversees and manages the patient experience, clinical effectiveness and patient safety. This includes risk management, incident, near miss and serious incident management and safeguarding. The team is also responsible for evaluating assurance of, and compliance with, the Care Quality Commission and Telecare Services Association standards, policy development and management.
